AP Clerk - Livermore, CA

Pay: $25-$30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: 100% Onsite in Livermore

We are hiring an AP Clerk to support accounting and purchasing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with 1+ year of experience who is looking to grow in a stable, long-term role.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Set up new vendors
  • Enter invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Process payments

Purchasing

  • Maintain vendor relationships and communication
  • Update and maintain item pricing
  • Place purchase orders
  • Review vendor acknowledgements and compare against POs for accuracy

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative, AP, purchasing, or related experience
  • Must have experience with Construction
  • Must have experience with Cost
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
